The Service includes all aspects of AfriScandic, including Ads Posting using the “Uploader” and functions, Ads Searching using the AfriScandic dB, Registering names and related information of a company through adding it in AfriScandic dB, Searching registered Companies in AfriScandic dB.
The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by AfriScandic. AfriScandic has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.

In order to access some features of the AfriScandic Service for example to register your company in AfriScandic dB, you will have to create an AfriScandic account and you must provide accurate and complete information of your company.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify AfriAScandic immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Although AfriScandic will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of AfriScandic or others due to such unauthorizeduse
User Generated Contribution
When creating listings, our customers should write their own description and take their own photos, Audios,Video Clips, buyers like to see images and descriptions that accurately represent an item they are posting.
If you use text or an image that was created by someone else be sure that you have permission to use the text or image from the rights owner or creator.
Listing practices
For a satisfying experience on AfriScandic, we’re helping customers to list their items in the most effective ways possible. As general rules, our Customers who post their items have to:
Select a category that matches the item for sale.
Provide a clear, honest, and accurate description about the item. Note: Your item description and terms of sale cannot be included in an image. They must be in the listing hosted on AfriScandic.
For a pleasant experience on AfriScandic, we don’t allow using hateful, offensive, profane,
or vulgar language in public areas of the website, including: AfriScandic Ads Search,
AfriScandics Business search on AfriScandic Users Profile, etc
N.B You can report to legal@afriscandic.com, if you see Profane langauges being used on the site.
It’s against our policies to do anything that manipulates the search or browse experience on AfriScandic. This applies to all parts of a listing, including the title, subtitle, Ads, Ads description, pictures, links, and meta tags.
Payments
Policy overview
Our accepted payments policy gives customers on AfriScandic convenient payment options. To help ensure a safe Ads Publishing Platform, as a customer you can only use our approved payment methods.
Payment Information
In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your financial information will not be stored by us except for the name and address of the card holder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the credit card number. Subject to your prior consent and where necessary for processing future payments, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our reputed Payment Gateway Service Provider who is beholden to treating your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
What payment methods do you accept ?

AfriScandic has Bank Account both at Swedbank and at Marginal Bank AB: So using those AfriScandic Bank Account, you can pay for AfriScandic Services Online with all major credit and debit cards including: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro
In addition to creit and debit cards, you can even pay for AfriSvandic services using PayPal
What if my card is declined ?
AfriScandic (and its partners) will only decline a transaction on the advice of your issuing bank. It may be that you have insufficient funds in your account, that your card has been blocked because of unusual or suspicious activity, or that the details you have provided do not match those held by your issuing bank. In each case, you should contact your card issuer
How do I make a payment on the website?
When you are ready to proceed to the checkout, follow the steps given so that we can confirm all your details, including payment authorisation. We will then acknowledge your order by email.

At Present AfriScandic does not provide Returns/Refunds: When you advertise on the AfriScandic, you must terminate your withdrawal right because the AfriSAcandic Advertising Service means that by posting an advertisement, you request the service to begin immediately after you have paid for it. This means that you agree that the right of withdrawal will end when the service is completed.
The AfriScandic service is considered complete as soon as your ad has been published. Corresponding rules apply to additional services that you purchase in connection with advertising. Examples of additional services are change or renewal of ads, these services are deemed to be completed as soon as the ad has been changed or renewed
Prohibited Activities
When listing an item, you agree to comply with AfriScandic’s rules for listing:
You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the listing and item offered.
Your listing is normally searchable immediately after posting, but in some cases your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (or up to 24 hours in some circumstances). AfriScandic can’t guarantee exact listing durations
Content that violates any of AfrIscandic’s policies may be modified, obfuscated or deleted at AfriScandic’s discretion.
We strive to create a Ads publicerings platform where buyers find what they are looking for. Therefore, the appearance or placement of listings in search and browse results will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to buyer’s location, search query, browsing site, and history;
To drive a positive user experience, a listing may not appear in some search and browse results regardless of the sort order chosen by the buyer.
